Mainland Chinese actor Zhang Zhehan has garnered attention for his handsome and sunny appearance. He gained even more popularity for his role as Zhou Zishu in “Word of Honor.” However, his entertainment career faced setbacks due to the controversy surrounding photos he took in Japan. Now, he is making a fresh start. In addition to his single released last year reaching the top of the Taiwan charts, he recently launched a photobook, which has already sold out and is currently in the process of being reprinted.

According to Mirror Weekly, after facing obstacles in his entertainment career in Mainland China, Zhang Zhehan decided to pursue opportunities overseas. He held concerts and fan meetings in various locations, including Thailand and Malaysia. At the end of last year, he released a personal photobook titled “Hyacinth’s Blue Wind,” with a selling price of up to NT$2,500. Despite the high cost, the initial batch of 6,000 copies sold out quickly, causing traffic jams on e-commerce platforms during the sale. Furthermore, his single released last year also rapidly climbed to the top of the charts.

Reportedly, besides his musical pursuits, Zhang Zhehan will continue with his concert schedule this year. On the drama front, his collaboration with South Korean actress Park Min-young in “Love Rainforest” was broadcasted in Japan in December, earning him more overseas fans.
